Hobnob Link Aggregation WAN (LA-WAN)
The Hobnob LA-WAN connects the Hobnob XCR-1000 series cellular routers to the Internet. The LA-WAN provides all of the underlying infrastructure and services that ensure the network is operating in a highly reliable and available manner. The Hobnob LA-WAN service is a turn-key service that provides all of these components in a pre-determined monthly fee. The LA-WAN eliminates the need to figure out how to connect to the cellular network, as well as how operate, monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot the network.
The Hobnob LA-WAN service can aggregate and load-balance local traffic to the Internet on up to 5 concurrent multi-provider, multi-technology services. This overcomes the limitation of relying on any single service provider or any single cellular service plan -- the Hobnob solution will figure out the best way to provide networking service to your users. The Hobnob LA-WAN service comes with an end-to-end monitoring infrastructure so that availability and reliability is maximized
Part of the service provides access to management reporting portal that provides visibility into all health, status, performance and operational information across the entire deployment. This infrastructure allows you to generate reports on a single unit, a single end-to-end link or on a combination of devices and services. Flexible reporting allows you to determine the overall effectiveness and utilization of your service.
